To ensure our high standards are maintained, we regularly mystery shop our staff and the management team is also very ‘hands on’, spending a lot of time on all activities and with all staff.
We have regularly meetings with staff and encourage their feedback when evaluating campaigns to find out what works well and what could be done better. This helps to build relationships with staff and makes them feel valued.
Our whole database of staff will have been face-to-face interviewed to ensure they are of suitable quality to work for our clients and we recruit constantly - this keeps our database refreshed. Performance of staff is monitored and graded by the management team and mystery shopping results and feedback.
